Valley of Plenty LLC is a family owned and operated business with small town roots headquartered in Emmett, Idaho. Along with catering, Valley of Plenty LLC also produces and distributes its signature item Pepe's Famous Sauce.  Pepe’s started out as a small taqueria, Pepe’s Casa de Burritos, in 1996 near downtown Boise, Idaho. Pepe’s Famous Fish Tacos grew increasingly popular and garnered many loyal fans. A few years later Chef Greg Butcher expanded his business opening River Rock Alehouse in Eagle, Idaho. 

Again, Pepe’s Famous Fish Tacos soared in popularity and remained the top selling item for ten years until the restaurant changed hands in 2011. Chef Greg Butcher with the help of his children continued selling fish tacos at various events around the Treasure Valley. Due to popular demand, Pepe’s Sauce was bottled and sold at local retail stores in Eagle and Emmett, Idaho. The Butcher family started out making and bottling small batches of Pepe’s in their home. Now Valley of Plenty manufactures the sauce in bulk to meet customer demand.

In 2016 Chef Greg Butcher took the next step in the evolution of Pepe's Famous Fish Tacos and the Sauce that made them famous. By starting Pepe's Food Truck, allowing customers to experience our products in a fun and interactive environment that helps Valley of Plenty strengthen its core values and community relationships.
